1. You have a Customer
2. That customer may have several addresses
3. They place an Order
4. That order may have several deliveries (different giftees)
5. Those deliveries are split into packages
6. The packages are scheduled for packing just in time
7. The wrapped packages are despatched to arrive when requested
8. Unless you are using the Royal Mail you have to inform your carriers
9. The payment may be taken on order, or.. 
10. The payment is scheduled to be actioned before the parcel is despatched
11. The payment information can be transferred to your accounting package
